AI Readiness Assessment
Answer a short scorecard across five weighted categories and get an overall readiness score, a tier, and a 30-day action plan — no email required to see it.
STEP 1
Answer a short scorecard
About 15 quick questions across five areas — software, process documentation, data, team, and security — plus a few context questions.
STEP 2
Get a weighted readiness score
Each area is scored 0-100 and combined using documented weights into one overall score and a readiness tier from Foundation to Advanced.
STEP 3
See what to do next, in order
Your weakest areas become a concrete 30-day action plan, plus the specific opportunities and risks the scorecard found in your answers.

Example scenarios
A 15-person accounting firm
Strong process documentation and data organization, but shared logins and no vendor-review process — typically lands in the "Emerging" tier with a security-focused action plan.
A 4-person e-commerce shop
Highly repetitive fulfillment work and an integrated software stack, but nothing written down — typically lands in "Ready" with documentation as the first 30-day priority.
Assumptions & methodology
- Software Stack Maturity is weighted highest (25%) because it determines which automation or AI approaches are even technically viable for your business.
- Process Documentation and Data Organization are each weighted 20% because both are prerequisites for any AI system to produce output you can trust.
- Team Adoption Capacity is weighted 20% because tooling without someone willing and able to own it does not ship, regardless of how ready everything else is.
- Privacy & Security Controls is weighted 15% — not unimportant, but the category most addressable procedurally, after the fact, without blocking a first pilot.
- The overall score is the weighted sum of your five category scores (each 0-100), rounded to the nearest whole number.
- Opportunities, risks, and the action plan are generated from documented rules based on your category scores and workload answer — not a black-box model, and not personalized advice from a human.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give you my email to see my score?
No. Your score, tier, opportunities, risks, and action plan are all shown immediately after you submit the form. We only ask for an email if you want a copy emailed to you or want to discuss next steps.
How is the overall score calculated?
Each of the five categories is scored 0-100 from your answers to its two questions, then combined using fixed weights (25/20/20/20/15%) into one overall score. The exact weights and their rationale are shown alongside your results.
What if I'm not sure how to answer a question?
Pick the option that is most true today, not where you plan to be. The assessment is meant to give you an honest starting point, not the answer you wish were true.
Can I share my results with a colleague?
Yes — after you submit the form you get a private, shareable results link. It is not indexed by search engines and does not include your name or email.
